Ball Public Relations adopts a team approach to service clients, manage issues and ensure continuity of service.

We prefer to operate on a fee-for-service basis and charge according to time expended on a project for which we are briefed.

Work proceeds only at the instruction of a client or after we submit for approval a contact report following a client meeting or briefing. This sets out requirements such as agreed objectives, strategy, and a program of action and budgets.

Unless otherwise arranged, accounts are invoiced monthly and include activity reports which detail all work conducted on your behalf.
